I'm paying a lot of money for leads. But my team probably engages less than half of them. My cost per enrolment is too high!
For sure. Have you tried SMS or whatsapp-ing the people who don't answer the phone? People do love to text these days 😂
Kind of... automating an SMS isn't hard for us to do. The bigger problem is that our sales team don't really like to reply by SMS. Its slow and distracting when they are supposed to be making calls. So it doesn't really add any value for us.
